We record your prompts, parameter settings, and generation outputs (images, voice audio, and videos) to provide the Service and maintain your history. For payments, we rely on third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) and do not store full card numbers; those providers operate under PCI-DSS standards.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating content on your behalf and analyzing usage patterns to prevent abuse.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent, such as with service providers who assist our operations (including the Gathos API used to power generation).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to the processing of your data or request data portability.
Content you generate is private to your account by default. We may review prompts and outputs if they are flagged for Acceptable Use violations or if required to comply with lawful requests.
Images, audio, and videos you upload or generate may be temporarily stored to fulfill requests, detect abuse, and improve our systems. We rely on vetted third-party storage, moderation, and generation vendors (including Gathos) who are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Generation history is kept up to 48 hours per item, with the 10 most recent items per tool retained longer for your history view. We retain other data only as long as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account or specific assets by contacting hello@example.com.
We employ encryption, access controls, and monitoring to safeguard your information. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
